  Someone told me or I read somewhere that domperidone had been taken off the market and was dangerous.  But maybe they/it was wrong?

  I considered using Reglan to up my supply, but decided against it after talking to my OB.  She said that a possible side effect is an increased chance for depression and since I have had issues with that in the past, I knew that it would not work for me personally.  

  Drinking tons of water and eating oatmeal for breakfast helped.  I also took Fenugreek (an herbal supplement) and that helped a bit too.  Good luck!
