Long Distance Travel with LO ?

So if you were going to take a vaca with LO this summer and were flying, how would you bring the PnP?  Will they let you check it?  Would you buy an inexpensive one when you get there and ship it home?

    I would not bring the PNP- it would be a total pain. But where are you staying? Hotels have some type of crib/PNP as well as many vaca rentals. If you're at a family member's I would check to see if they may want to invest in one.

    If we stayed with family, they would be a great aunt and uncle who I see once every couple yrs (usually here) so they would not be ones I'd ask to supply us with one...I've never travelled with a LO before so I forgot that the hotel might be able to supply that though....Thanks for the reminder!!  I'll look into that when we figure out where exactly we might stay.
