Please Help... Ouchy Bewbs!!!

I've decided to switch to exclusively FFing, and to stop pumping. I was down to 2 pumping sessions a day. I haven't pumped at all today, and Holy Sore Bewbs, Batman! I thought I could just push through the discomfort with cool packs, but this is really starting to be unbearable...

Any advice for drying bewbs out?

Just what I've read: wrap ace bandages around you to compress them, and put cabbage leaves on them.

Take some advil. It helps with engorgement and helps with pain.

Sudafed is supposed to help as well (cold medicine in general). My SIL was told this and I think it only took a day or two for her to dry up.
