closing on our sale got moved up from feb. 26th to feb. 16th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  our roof didn't pass inspection (boo) but only needs a few shingles replaced, so it will be easy peasy rice & cheesy.

and thank heaven's DH's employer found us a place (and is paying for) to store our stuff.  WOOWOOWOOWOOWOOWOO
