Birth Announcement Question

DH's dad is deceased, should he be included as a grandparent on the birth announcement in the newspaper? Or only his wife, (DS's grandmother)?

I would include him and write it as "grandson to grandmother's name and the late grandfather's name."

I personally would not include him unless he is recently deceased.
