I sent a cookie basket to labor and delivery addressed to my nurse - she was amazing and even skipped her "lunch" break to help me out. Food is always good so they can munch and share with everyone on the floor.
A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

No, but I did send a letter to their nurse manager explaining how phenomenal they were and how they contributed to an awesome birth experience for me! I'm a nurse, and while goodies are certainly appreciated, a few words of praise to the boss are priceless.
I sent a bread and cookie basket to mother/baby, labor/delivery and the nursery. I had HELLP syndrome and was in there for 5 nights and they took really good care of me and LO
We got my nurse a necklace with the girls birth stone in it. She was amazing and i couldn't have done it without her. I had an emergency c/s at 31 weeks 5 days and she was my nurse through the whole thing. She stayed late and came in early for me and made sure that i had everything i needed. She even got the girls baby's first Christmas ornaments!
