AW: My child is a genius.

We were reading "Blue Train, Green Train" just now before a nap. We've had this book about a month now; it was a belated Christmas present to Cole from my sister. Anyway, I always start by pointing out Thomas and Percy on the cover before we start, and then I launch into the story.

When we got to the last page, I asked him, "Where's Thomas?" and without hesitation, he stuck out his right little pointer finger and put it right on Thomas' face. And then looked at me to see if he was right.

He has never pointed at anything before, let alone something I asked him to point out. Let alone something he's only seen me point to/name maybe a dozen times before.

He's the next Albert Einstein, no?
