So my son is turning two in a few weeks and I was thinking of getting him a tricycle for his birthday. I've looked at some Radio Flyers and a Schwinn but I would love some real life recs. He is pretty tall for his age so would I want something adjustable? I guess I'm not sure what to look for! What tricycle does your child have that they love? Thanks for the help!
Re: I need tricycle recommendations please!
We have this-love it! the handle on the back is SO handy, and comes off easily when you no longer need it.

DS just turned two, and for Christmas he got this one:

Really long story, but the one I actually order was this one:

The one I ended up with is good. It has more metal parts so it's seemingly more durable. It's adjustable (both are). He's juuuuust barely able to keep his feet on the pedals so he'll definitely grow into it.
However, I really would have preferred the one I really wanted in the first place, the second link. THe reason is that the second one, the parent can steer the tricycle, as opposed to the one we got where the parent just pushes it. He's too young yet to steer correctly, so you have to keep bending down and adjusting the direction. Push, stop, steer, push, stop, steer, etc.
We have this, too. It is the fold and go, I think. I got ours at Target. DD still rides it and loves it.
