Hi Everyone, I've lurked a bit and got some helpful info from you ladies, but have a question now.
I'm helping my mom and sister plan my shower. Right now, we are in the planning stages and want the shower to be as EF as possible. We have a few ideas - books instead of cards, no wrapping, no paper products - but are in need of more fun ideas that will keep the shower 'green.' I really appreciate any ideas or tips you have and I look forward to reading them!
Thanks so much!
Re: Eco Friendly Baby Shower
Only serve locally grown food/drinks
Have the shower during the day in a well lit room to use no electricity
use organic cotton for table clothes
minimal decorations, use locally grown flowers only or pots of flowers that can be planted later on.

i think my sister was going to come up with a way to suggest putting gifts in baskets that could be used in the nursery or wrapping in newspaper...
