sdkrlm question for you

ok so I know this sounds dumb before I even ask.....

your response to the job posting was, just upload your resume to the job site.....can you give me some idea of what you mean, I've been looking for a job for the last couple of months off and on, and seem to find that either a website has a job available or it says no jobs but you can still build a profile with their system sometime. Are you refering to building the profile or does your company have a place to upload in the event their is an opening? Thanks

    Hey!

    I guess what I meant is that you need to go to each company's website and post for the jobs that are listed there.  It really depends on what you are looking for, like if you're looking for something in the defense industry, you could just go to each company's website - Lockheed, Boeing, Raytheon, etc - there should be a jobs link on each one.  For us, this is pretty much the only way we recruit.  Even at Job Fairs, they will tell everyone to go back to the website to create/upload a resume. 

    Does that make clearer sense?

    yes ma'am and that's what I am doing...I know some companies have like an open application, i didn't know if that's what you meant because I dont' do those I only apply if there is a job listed...thank you for the clarification
