How much and how often does your 8 week old eat?

LO has bad reflux and pedi has her on 4 oz and she's hungry after only 4-I"m thinking we really have to up the amount. Just curious what other babies are taking.

My LO used to eat 4 oz but same thing he would stay hungry, he's chugging down 6 oz now. I had posted a few days back b/c I thought this was alot and a few other moms replied saying that their LOs were at the same amount. We go to the pedi tomorrow we'll see what she says = /

6 oz. every 3-4 hours (but sttn)... for a grand total of about 30

I mostly BF my LO, but when we give her a bottle sometimes she'll eat 5.5 / 6 ozs and sometimes she'll only eat 3. So, I'm at a loss. I need to bottlefeed her only for a couple of days since I go back to work soon to determine how much to give the lady who will be watching her.

I mostly BF but when I do give a bottle, it has 3.5oz and both babies seem content with that. I feed 7-8 times per day.

My DS has always been the type to never overeat, even before he was diagnosed with reflux (he now just eat A LOT slower!). He's nearly 10 weeks and still eats 3 1/2-5 oz at each feeding. He was never restricted on the amount he could eat, just to give him his meds 3x a day. If she's hungry, I'd feed her!

She has never once refused a bottle but she has spit up due to over eating but never before. I think it's time to try 5 oz and see how she does. We do occassionally give her 5 either in the morning or at night when she seems to be most hungry.
