I am all for educating myself on how to keep children safer.. but sometimes when she does these types of shows, I hear things that, well.. haunt me.

I can't get the horrific thoughts or images out of my mind, and I'm worse for it.

I think she's gone too far in the past. I know there are horrible things out there, I do. I don't want to ignore it and pretend that it's not there. But, it feels damaging to hear about these things.

I'm with you, she has certainly gone too far in the past. She lets ratings dictate her topics too much sometimes. But I'll be driving home when it's on so I won't watch be watching it either...and *gasp* we don't have dvr so hopefully I can just nto hear about it!

I did this the other day by watching The Lovely Bones and felt sick to my stomach. Just knowing that there are people out there like this is disturbing. So sad that innocence is lost...

When I see, read or hear something that is "educational" and that wold help me raise my DD, it scares the crap out of me!
