Because if i do, then I eat everything in sight. I need to loose more weight to make this getting KU thing easier.

    Isn't it sweet of them to do that? Like I don't have a mirror at home?

  • and what is funny is that I initially lost 8 pounds and now fluctuate 1-2 pounds. She acts like I put on 50 since I started seeing her!

  • My OB (not my MW) told me that I don't need to gain much weight with my pregnancy b/c I have "plenty" to help sustain and grow baby, and to just "eat healthy." Really?????

  • Just call it PORTION control. That way you don't deprive yourself of ANYTHING, but you don't have much of it....

    That's what I've been doing and I've lost 22 lbs in the past month or so. (okay like 9 of that was because I was sick but I didn't gain it back!)
