How long for Zoloft to start working?

How long after starting Zoloft did you begin to feel better?

    Week and a half to 2 weeks.  My OB said it could take anywhere from a week to a month (and any time in that range would be normal).

    About a week.  I felt it kicked in pretty quick.

    I started to feel better after about a week.  I felt like I was my old self after a month.  Psych meds typically take about a month to build up a therapeutic level in your system, so don't be alarmed if it takes a week or two to start feeling better.

    I took almost a month for it to really make a difference for me. But that could of been due to the fact the dosage needed to be upped.
