I do...I just don't know which ones are ok. I try to avoid things with fake sugar in them (such as crystal light). Any recs on ones that don't have fake sugar?
Try flavoring your water with lemon. Or, cut cucumber, mint, lime, lemon, or oranges and mix with water in a large pitcher. Then, store it in the refrigerator for an hour or so.
Cucumber water is my favorite! It tastes so good and makes you feel like you are at a spa!
The best thing I have done was using a large mug, filled with ice and then I pour about a 1/4 or 1/2 of a small bottle of organic orange juice and than fill the rest of the mug with water..you are getting way more water than juice, esp. once the ice melts.
I bought a bunch of Camelbak bottles with the bite valve. ?Its more like drinking out of a straw, so I tend to drink more anyway. ?I keep one at work, one by the bed and one in my purse to help remind me to drink water. ?
I had a hard time drinking in my 1st and part of 2nd tri... I got a water bottle with the oz's printed on it, and keep filling that up. At least I know how much I'm drinking and sometimes I make myself deals, Like ok...drink what's left of this 20oz and then you can ...whatever. GL, it's really important to drink water and I was not doing very well untill I started to get very bad charlie horses in my legs and BH... Water stops them both!!
try adding a True Lemon packet (www.truelemon.com). You should be able to find them at your grocery store, they also have True Orange and True Lime. No artificial sweeteners in them.

I am the same way, so I have been putting a pitcher of water in my fridge with apple slices in it. Soooo good! Gives it just a little apple flavoring to the water, but not the acid that adding lemon gives. My heartburn is bad enough without adding to the disaster!
Get a cool water bottle with a straw! There is something about a straw that makes me drink more water.
Also, I have to set goals for myself. I'll make myself drink at least one bottle of water by 10 AM, another at lunch, and another by 3.
This. I love Camelbaks. They are a little expensive but has a straw and holds 750 ml. I try to drink 3 of these a day and I set goals to achieve that. It really helps me and I feel much better on the days that I get enough water.
