as often as i can!!! I work when DH gets a day off and that is great me time. I actually get to have adult interaction and its great! Naptime is obviously me time and I either shower, eat or get on the computer...sometimes I clean, but rarely..lol.

Every other Friday is our Mom's group at church. The kids go to the nursery or class, depending on their age & the mom's get 2 full hours of adult conversation
The first Thursday of the month is Girl's Night Out - a bunch of us meet up for dinner. Usually my husband is home with the baby.
And my mom doesn't work, and love to hang with the little man, so anytime I need to get something done or just want to go get my nails done she's more than happy to have him.

yes!! my dh works a lot. Sometimes 9a-6p but most days like 9a-midnight since he is a business owner and its busy season. I will just go up to bed and have me time at 9pm if he is home. I need it! He loves the time with DS too
my "me" time is when dh gets home from work and spends time w/ds while i get dinner ready, do the dishes, or take a shower... sounds silly i guess but it works for me. i'm still close enough to not feel like i'm missing anything plus this way if ds gets really upset i'm not very far away lol.
one day (soon hopefully lol) i'll be at a point where i'm okay leaving the house w/o ds but i'm not there yet by any means. i'm very much attached to the little guy.

Yes! "Me Time" is needed in order to keep my sanity. Although I must admit, sometimes I feel guilty about it. Usually I'll just go get a coffee and walk around Target with my mom or sisters. If I don't have much time I sometimes go to the tanning bed and de-stress for 15 or 20 minutes. As much as I love being with the baby all the time, it's really nice to have some quiet alone time. I only work 2 days a week so I'm with him all.the.time.
Anytime that the baby is not attached to me I am working, cleaning, or cooking. I guess that is my "me time". Although typically I am doing those things will watching LO. I wish I had some real me time. Im getting burnt out.
I try to take some time each week to do my crafts. I am planning to start an Etsy store soon so DH has agreed to watch LO so I can get some product finished. I usually get 1-2 hours in the evening a few days a week.

this - and i don't really consider using the computer or showering while he is napping "me" time.
To be honest, I don't have much "me time" either, but it's entirely my fault... they have pretty much taken up my life, to date. But then, I've always been a homebody, so it doesn't feel like it. I do count my long LONG showers as "me time", and DH takes them for walks by himself quite often. In a couple of months, we will have a jogging stroller & that will help out as well.
I think, once I go back to work (because this feels like more work than what I do professionally haha), it will feel like a mini-vacation to me. Is that sad or what? lol
Re: Do you take "Me" time? If so, what do you do?

Every day, when my husband is not away for business. I get the evenings to myself while he looks after our son.
I hang out online, read, exercise, watch TV, whatever. Sometimes I go play poker with friends or hang out at a coffeeshop. Normal type things.
