About 10 days. And on level 2, there are some moves that I substitute for some of the Level 1 moves because they're too challenging. But I was no longer getting sore from Level 1 and once I switched, I was sore -- that's for sure! And felt like throwing up... just like the first day of Level 1.

VERY TRUE! I refuse to even look at level 3...I will never get there.

Hey - no shame there. I'm taking fewer breathing breaks but I'm still taking some. This was day 4 for me this week.

I went to level 2 after 7 days. I was not at the advanced girl, but was past the beginner too.
I still switch out the twist/jumping for cardio and do punches instead because of previous knee injuries.
