Tips for cloudy nipples?

DS's bottle nipples seem to be permanently cloudy.  I want to say it started when I put them in the dishwasher, but I'm not sure.  Any tips?

    Mine too. I tried boiling them and soaking them in hot water & vinegar. They got a little better but not much. Maybe that's when we are supposed to get new ones??

    Ours did this too...we have REALLY hard water and our glasses get the same 'cloudiness' to them after a few months which is totally frustrating! Maybe I'll try boiling them like PP said.
