  My friend went to NW Prenatal Ultrasound in Beaverton - https://www.nwprenatalultrasound.com/

  We didn't do one, because I'm just too cheap to spend the money on it when I needed other things, like a car seat, crib, etc..   But I think they're cool!

  We went to a place called Ultrasona.  Website is: https://www.portlandultrasound.com/  We had a great experience and really enjoyed it.  I think we paid around $175 for the least expensive package.

  My SIL and I both went here.  They are very nice and accommodating.  The pictures turned out great and they gave us a ton.  Highly recommend them!
