Graco high chair ? Or other recommendations?

Does anyone know if the Graco wooden high chair reclines?  I'm thinking of putting DD in her highchair with us at dinner and we have the Graco wooden high chair.  I'm thinking of taking it back if it doesn't recline, since it's still in the box.   Any other recommendations? DD is just about 4 months now.

    It does not recline.  We started putting DS in around 3 1/2 months and just propped him up with blankets.

    Related question - how old to they need to be to be able to sit in a highchair? My LO still slumps to the side when i put him in the jumperoo. We don't have a highchair yet and I am wondering when we will be able to use one.

    I would assume our LO's would be okay in a highchair if it reclines.

    We have the Chicco high chair..used it for DD1 and now DD1.  It's super easy to use...reclines, has a one hand tray removal, and folds to be pretty compact.  We don't have a lot of room in our kitchen so I really like that it can fold up so easily.  It also has height adjustment and rolls very easily.  The rollers also lock so you can  make it stationary if you'd like.
