Prometrium & bleeding?

Hi ladies,

 My doc put me on prometrium because I feel I have a short LP.  However, I started spotting 4 days before my period like I usually do even with taking it. Has anyone else experienced this?  I thought this was going to stop that issue?

    I also took it to lengthen my LP.  I didn't have any spotting but my OB/GYN advised me that it was a possibility and not to worry.  Perhaps you should call your doctor for guidance?  Maybe they'll prescribe more/less.

    FWIW, I was/am on 100mg of Prometrium vaginal suppositories.  GL!
