  we use a fog horn. :-)

  when DD sleeps like  that, I let her sleep. If it was 5 or 6 at at night when she fell asleep, i would wake her up

  nope....I go with the "never wake a sleeping baby" idea...if DD is sleeping, then she is tired.

  he eats about every 4 hours, so if it has been 4.5 hours or more I plan to wake him.  He has always woken up while I was trying to decide what to do, though:)

  I don't wake my LO because he is a terrible napper and if he happens to take a long nap one day I let him!

  No, I let DS sleep as long as he will, usually an hour

  I wouldn't worry, there's still plenty of day left for her to be active and get tired again for night time.

  Ditto only if it's evening already and if we need to go somewhere.  DD's napping has been terrible for the past month so I take whatever I can get!
