Inflatable Ducky Bath Tub

DD has decided she doesn't want to lay back during bathtime anymore even though she cannot sit up unassisted. She arches her back until she slips over the hump in her bathtub so we bought the inflatable ducky bathtub at Target. It's perfect, she can sit up more and there isn't enough room for her to slid down under water...just thought I'd share in case anyone else has this issue.

Re: Inflatable Ducky Bath Tub

  • Thank you also.  I didn't get the ducky but I got one very similar and I planned on using it when we went on vacation so we didn't have to worry about cleaning the bathtub in the hotel every day, however, I might just use it in our bathtub at home now because she hates to lay back.

  • Did you have this one? Tub

DS is doing the opposite - he wants to lay and has no interest in sitting. So he gets all fussy when he tries to lay.

I'm definitely in the market for a new tub (our upstairs bathroom only has a spa type shower - no tub)

Very similar, the lay back one was the Fisher Price Whale tub that has the removable "bump". I plan to use it again once she can sit up by herself..
