I thought that I had read somewhere that the spit up tapers off by about 8 months. Tyson's seems to be increasing instead of decreasing.
Did more mobility equal more spit up for your baby? He spits up large amounts several times after nearly every feeding (except for his nighttime feed). It just seems like a lot.
Re: Increased mobility = increased spit up?
I've heard most reflux is significantly better by 6 months and almost always gone by a year.
Andrew's was a lot worse when we introduced solids and also when he started to sit up because he was working stomach muscles and making him puke. It it also much worse if he hasn't gone to the bathroom in a while or if he is trying to go (when he bears down it forces everything else back up.)
We didn't notice that it got worse with crawling, but, it definitely hasn't gotten better and still bothers him. Also, Andrew's milk is thickened so it's hard to say how much he would spit up if it were thin.
