Postpartum Depression
Long Night
DS was up at 4 this morning and wouldn't go back to sleep. DH got up with him, and took him downstairs, but I couldn't go back to sleep either. I was having racing thoughts and kept hearing him crying when he was not.
Coffee is helping this morning. A lot.
How is everyone doing today? The sun didn't come up here, the clouds just got lighter.

ugh i get that too. i always seem to wake up before DS does, and when i hear him cry i feel like my heart is going to beat out of my chest.
i do have the phantom crying too. glad to know i'm not the only one!
