Dizzy spells??

I am on Glyburide. For some reason this week my appetite is insatiable! I cannot get enough to eat which is difficult with the diet restrictions of course. Anyway lately (this week) after every time I eat, a few hours later I will get REALLY bad heartburn or throw up. (even after breakfast this morning which was just cereal??) Not only that, I am getting these weird dizzy spells that last a couple of seconds/minutes and make me nauseous or want to lay down. All this on top of the fun regular "lightning crotch" pains I've started getting. (at least thats what I'm assuming they are.) They just upped my meds this week and I'm wondering if thats what is making me sick/dizzy? I hate calling my dr. without DEFINITE questions or symptoms because they always say something like, "Well, that's pregnancy for ya!" Any thoughts out there?

    I would say if you are getting dizzy spells - check your blood sugar when you feel that way.  I was having the same thing - and my mom was with me and suggested just to check and see what I was at - and I was having numbers dropping well below 60.  Not saying that is what is happening with you, of course, but the dizzy spells are one of the signs of hypoglycemia - and it certainly doesn't hurt to have info on what your sugar is like when that happens!
