what to wear with this top?

Would you just pair this with white leggings? I feel like it would be too hard to match the pink, plus that would be a LOT of pink. Maddie wore it as a dress last summer, and I'm thinking about using it for her Valentine's pictures as a shirt today.

Sidenote- no way was that just 6 months ago...she looks like such a baby!

    How sweet is that dress?!  I do think white leggings would look great.  I think you are right, matching the pinks would be too hard.  Also, that is a lot of pink, even for me.

    I was about to reply again to this post.  I definitely think Maddie needs a white turtleneck under the pink shirt.  I can't wait to see the pics!

    definitely a white long sleeve shirt & white leggings. SO CUTE!

    I love pillowcase dresses. My friends girls wear them with leggings, knit pants, and eve jeans in the winter with long sleeve shirts.

    I'm probably way late to this post, but an alternate to white could be navy - or a blue like the color of your shirt in that picture. Just a different thought. White would have been my first though, too.

    Thanks everyone! I didn't have a long sleeved white top and they didn't have any at TCP when I popped in to buy some leggings, so we just pretended it was warm weather for those pictures :). Here's what she ended up looking like in it! She was not in a smiling/picture posing mood today, lol.
