Somewhere around ten pounds. I was worried early too, because I didn't think I had gained enough, but it will come, I promise. And your doctor will not be afraid to say something if they feel you are not gaining enough, but feel free to ask at your next appointment. Hearing it from the horse's mouth is always more comforting!
I was up 8 at my 20 week appt. Your dr will tell you if you aren't gaining enough.. it's early still. I was up 4 at my 16 week and my dr said that was good.
7! but I haven't weighed myself in a week. I'm still not in the overweight category for bmi so it seems ok to me. Not that I'll worry when I am in that category because I'm pregnant duh
I actually lost 18lbs due to morning sickness. Finally gained 2lbs at my dr appt last friday. I'm having twins and the dr said that the babies are getting everything they need and are doing just fine. It really is different for everyone.. I wouldn't be worried at all but talk to your dr for your peace of mind. That always makes me feel better : )
Up until 23 weeks I'd only gained 7lbs. Then between 23 and 24 I gained 4lbs in that one week! Now I'm up to 11. My midwife has been fine w/my gain so I'm not worried.

I definately recognize you from another board. You never post there anymore though.
Okay good deal! According to the calculator link, I'm in the normal ranges. Makes me feel better. :] I'm going to talk to my doctor when I go back in a month though.
I'm still down about 6lbs as of my 19 week appointment. I've gained back about 3 of what I lost, but over the last 5 weeks haven't gained or lost anything. My doctor wasn't concerned.

I've gained 2 lbs as of my 20 week appt.
Everyone is different so "enough" to one person might be too much or too little to someone else.
Here are some customizable charts you can use as a general guideline:
https://www.indiacurry.com/women/pregcalc.htm
https://www.thebabycorner.com/tools/pregnancy/calculators/weightcalculator.php
Even if you aren't within "normal" on the charts, as long as your doctor isn't concerned, you shouldn't be either.
