  I really like it.  A good friend of mine has the middle name Leone (pronounced Lee-own), and I love that name too.

  I love it if you're Italian and it's a nn for Leonardo. Not a fan of the Americanized Leonard so much. But Leo is just such a cute nickname for a boy.
