We started out at Andover Pedi (because I honestly didn't even know other offices existed when I was looking...it seems everyone in the area goes there because it's the biggest practice around) but were very unhappy there so we switched to Children's Medical Office in North Andover (right across the street from Merrimack College).
I found the office staff/receptionists at Andover Pedi to be downright rude, and wasn't a huge fan of some of the doctors (particularly Nelkin and Hurley). I did like Dr. Pritchard and Dr. Devaney, but it wasn't always possible to get an appointment with one of them. I also cannot stand their sick-visit policy. They make you wait for a call back from a nurse (and then the nurse assesses your child's symptoms) before they'll schedule a sick visit...I realize that some parents probably call at the littlest sniffle, but for me it was just irritating to have to wait for a call back when I knew my son had symptoms of something requiring a visit (like an ear infection) and I was calling from work or en route to pick my son up from daycare.
There were several things that added up over time that caused us to switch, but I'm so glad we did. We never got more than 10 or 15 minutes of a Dr or NP's time at Andover, and my son's first well-visit at CMO lasted more than 45 minutes! The Dr was so much more thorough and I didn't feel rushed at all (like I always did at Andover pedi).
We see Dr. Winterkorn, but I've also heard great things about the other Drs there. CMO also has walk-in and Saturday hours. They don't have Sunday hours, but someone is always on call so that really didn't matter to me.

Good luck!
