  Mine has not mentioned it, but I have heard others that got them at Walgreens. It seems like it might be a good idea.

  BFP #1- 1/16/09- Baby Ava stillborn at 32 weeks, possible cord accident, 7/30/09
  BFP #2- 1/5/10- Baby Jack born at 37w2d, 6lbs 13 oz, 8/24/10

  I was on lvenox and I kept info in my wallet and just reminded H at times (along with others if I was driving in a car with them) that if something should happen it is important to let them know I'm on a blood thinner.

  Yes, I am supposed to wear one.  Mine broke recently and I need to pick up another this week.
