  Yes!  This thing is awesome.  We got it when P got her first cold around 3 months and it has been a lifesaver.  She still hates it and I basically have to swaddle her to pin down her arms so she won't whack it out of my hands, but it works like a charm.

  Nope.  If you want one that works, I highly recommend a Nosefrida.  Manual (and it does seem wierd) but it works better than anything I've ever seen.

  We have Graco too, and it is so much easier than the bulb. My guy hates it just as much as the bulb, but it works faster, so there's less time having to pin him down.
