Kitty Issue

So late last night, our neighbor came by and asked if one of our cats had gotten out (we have 4 strictly indoor kitties) because a kitty was crying at her window. It wasn't one of ours, but this other kitty started crying outside our window shortly after the neighbor left. It's cold and rainy here, so I took her some food and water, and made a bed out of a box and some towels. I would have brought her inside, but not knowing if she'd had shots, it wasn't safe to my other babies.

She was so sweet, and she slept in the box all night. She was still out there when DH left for work at 530. I got up at 6 to go feed her (DH was going to ask around at work to find her someone who'd give her a good home) and she's not there. It's pouring outside now, and still dark, and I'm so worried!?

I know it might seem silly, but there have been some reports of coyotes injuring pets lately, so if I could get some kitty cat T&P that the sweet kitty girl is ok, and comes back, that'd be so appreciated!?

    I hope you are able to find her. If you do, take her to a shelter if you can catch her. Even if she ends up being pts it is better than being eaten by a coyote.  Good luck!

    awww i hope the kitty is okay. Since she was so friendly makes me think she once belonged to someone. I hope she made it back home...

    Aw, you were so nice to give her a warm place to sleep. I hope she comes back for some food!! She's in my T&Ps today!

    Thanks ladies! I agree that she was probably someone's pet. She wanted inside so bad, and she wanted to be petted and held. If she doesn't come back, I'll hope that she made it back home. If she does, I'll put her in the privacy fenced back yard or a spare bathroom until we find her a good home. I'm such a sucker for animals!
