Prenatal Yoga?

Hi!  I am 29 weeks pregnant and am looking for a prenatal yoga class.  I live in Parker and work in the DTC so I'd like to find something near one of those areas.  Does anyone have any suggestions??  Thanks!

    I live in Parker, too, and haven't found anything down south.  Belly Bliss is in Cherry Creek, though, and worth the drive.  They have great classes.

    Sorry if this is late, but the Parker Rec Center offers a 5-week class on Thursday nights.  I've been going for 3 weeks now and really like the teacher....

    I don't know of any Prenatal yoga places, but I know that prenatal massage is excellent for pregnancy!  Lets see, DTC and Parker.  If you were interested in Massage, I know a place off of I-25 and Orchard Road, called...Namaste Massage and Wellness, the owner specializes in Prenatal massage and she may know of some area prenatal yoga places!
