I swear, during nap time, as soon as I lean her over the crib, the tears and wailing start. I think she is conditioned that way now. Is there any way to de-condition her?
Only during nap time. She will cry and cry. eventually she will fall asleep. If she is having a really great day...and when she is tired but giggly I put her in the crib and and will just yap away then fall asleep.
I can't get her to nap or sleep unless I nurse her down. I know I need to sleep train but I still let her nurse to nap and sleep. DH can rock her to sleep. but we can only put her in the crib asleep.

I do that for bedtime. She has to have a bottle pretty much 99% of the time to get her down for bed. Plus that is her 4th bottle of the day I really try to get her to stick to at least 4 bottles a day
at first, he's all smiles and coos and "talks" to his stuffed lion. then, he may or may not start to fuss. but he fusses for 10 seconds. stops for a minute. fusses. stops. he might get to real crying, but rarely.
DD still cries most of the time when we put her down for naps and she still cries every now and then at bedtime. I think she knows it bothers me and thats why she does it bc she does much better when her daddy puts her to bed.

He cries for about 2 seconds when I put him in the crib, for naps and at bedtime. As soon as I put the paci in his mouth he's okay...and sometimes if he's really tired he even finds the paci himself. We did sort of a modified version of Ferber because we still had to rock him to sleep and if he woke up he wouldn't go back to sleep on his own - now he sleeps 10+ hours straight at night.
If I catch her at the right time there's no crying. But at the wrong time she cries as soon as I walk into her room! Usually she only cries for a few min. Once in a while (usually late afternoon) she won't stop and we have to abandon the nap completely.
