Hey ladies, do you have any recommendations for pregnant, acne-prone skin?  I want to find something that is safe to use but will also help with acne and oily/dryness.  Tall order, but thought I'd seek out some help!

    I had terrible breakouts...especially right away and my OB prescribed me an antibiotic cream (totally safe) and that really helped. After 1st tri, I went to neutragena and that I still use. I use the acne control with the beads in it.  My face feels soft and fresh afterwards...it has a mintyness to it. Lots of moisturizer too!
