Neutragena and Clinique both make body scrubs and sprays that have medicine in them to help with body acne. I checked with my midwife and she said that as long as you are using it as directed and not in insane amounts it is perfectly fine. Good luck!

I have had this same thing happen! My face looks better, but I've been getting backne. It's no fun. The Neutrogena body scrub with microscrubbers in it has really helped. It's almost all gone now. I love this body scrub and will be using it the rest of my pregnancy
My DH's back often breaks out, especially when he works out a lot. ?I use St. Ives facial scrub twice a week on him and it really clears it up. ?And he says it feels really good! ?So you can get a massage and a treatment all in one!
Search for one that does NOT include salicylic acid (benzol perozide)!! Bad for baby
Try using something with sulfur, or goji berry extract.
My life saver for this pregnancy skin has been Murad soothing gel cleanser.. it is free of any retinoic acids (retinol, vit. A) and salicylic acids. However, it has many ingrediants that help to fight those spots and although a bit pricey, would make an AWESOME body wash! A little goes a long way, as it is gel and will foam up.
Good luck!

Re: acne question
I haven't tried any, but I'd read the label to make sure it doesn't have any super harsh chemicals.
Here's a link I found:
