anyone use Growing Pediatrics?

i am very unhappy with our current pedi, and am thinking about switching. i like that GP has an after hours care option. anyone have experience with them?

Have you looked into Jeffers and Mann in Wake Forest, they are near the Factory Ice House across from Wal-Mart. I love them.

I am not sure, I know the main office in Raleigh has something. But we haven't needed anything but well visits, so I don't know!!

Yes, Jeffers and Mann has a sick clinic on Saturdays and Sundays and you can of course call the on call line anytime. Let me say this about Growing Child--when we were in the NICU with Scott and told them the 2 practices we were considering (Growing Child and Jeffers) we were strongly encouraged to go with Jeffers and Mann. I've also had some work related interactions with one particular doc at GC that was not good. But that's just my 2 cents.

thank you everyone for the feedback. i will look into J&M! also, the pedi i was using was Wakefield Pediatrics. they are very nice, but terrible with service. i would get calls back DAYS later than when i put them in, sick visits i still had to wait for an appointment, they are VERY conservative (DD has terrible constipation, and pedi wouldnt let me put prune juice in her bottle, only kayro and i didnt like that much sugar, so i did anyway, and she is better), and they dont really do what they should...they dont do weight or measurements, havent since i asked, and wont do it when i asked this last time.?
