I usually am a "never wake a sleeping baby" person but Lilly has been sleeping for 3 hours and 45 minutes and doesn't look like she will be getting up any time soon...
She has now slept through 2 of her normal feedings...should I wake her?

If she were a newborn I would say yes, but she is old enough to let her sleep through a couple feedings. If she is sleeping this long, she probably needs it.
I'll say maybe, depends on her recent activity. Will it affect her night time routine? How long were her other naps?
Maddy went through a few long naps like this around 2-3 months, I remember trying changing her diaper, changing her outfit, stimulating her mouth with the bottle, moving her in and out fo the car seat and nothing woke her. I just stalked her breathing every ten minutes until she woke up.
Turns out she was fine and just needed to sleep, but i remember freaking out a bit over it.

Considering there is the 3 month growth spurt, she's probably still asleep because she needs it. Now that you've asked the question, I'lI bet she'll be up before you know it!
DS took a few really long naps around that point, and I just chalked it up to all the growing he was doing.
Ha!...just getting back to this post because 5 minutes after I wrote it, she woke up!
Julie- She did have one really rough night (up every 1.5 hours)...so I am thinking that was her growth spurt...luckily I have good supply and it responds quickly so I think that is why it only lasted one day...the next night she slept 8 hours and last night she slept through the night 9-6:30am.
Maybe it is just the sleeping part of her growth spurt...not sure...but I almost hate when she takes long naps like that because it makes me so nervous...I am constantly checking on her to make sure she is still breathing!
