Registry Question

I had my shower last weekend and got a bunch of stuff.  Some of this stuff is on my Target registry, but it says that nobody has bought it for me. 

Should I delete these items from my Target registry just in case someone from out of town tries to buy me something off it?

    I agree with PP, I deleted items and then people thought, I guess b/c I am a 1st time mom I didn't know what to register for and purchased those items for me anyways.

    This.  When you manage your registry online, you can change the amount purchased, so it shows up as fulfilled when guests view it.
