Recommend your daycare center

I live in Tarentum (about 20 miles north of Pgh) and I work downtown, so I am looking for something along the way.  Anything along 28 would be perfect.  I'm not too sure about taking baby downtown, although I know there are a lot of centers there.

I would also prefer a center that provides meals.

I've been researching some online, but it seems like either there aren't many to choose from, or they just don't have websites.

Personally I think your best bet is Mt.Alvernia. It is on a beautiful campus.  So much outdoor space for when the weather is nice.  It is big inside and the kids are separated by age. Nice staff. Mostly older women and a few young girls.  Locked entrance.  I believe for infants it cost about $600 a month. Less for older children. Also when your child is older you have a choice between a regular preschool program or a Montessori program. Seriously check it out! If you are coming down 28 you would just have to take Millvale exit drive about 5 minutes through the town, drop off and then get back on 28.
