We have both. I have one at grandma's since she babysits and one at our house. If the situation wasn't that way I don't know if I would get both since they take up so much room.
You could always get an exersaucer and a doorway jumper which would be cheaper and give you more room.
I have an exersaucer... I'm getting a Jumperoo... she loves to bounce, and she can't in the exersaucer. Plus the jumperoo has toy stuff like an exersaucer does (at least, the 2 I saw did)
We have a jumperoo and my parents have an exersaucer for ds. If you are just getting one I vote for the jumperoo. DS likes the exersaucer but loves the jumperoo!
We also have both, but only because we got him the exersaucer first. He loves to bounce also and was trying to bounce in it, but wasn't getting anywhere. He loves the jumperoo. I am talking true love. I would go with the jumperoo if your LO loves to bounce.
We also have both, but if only getting one I'd go for the jumperoo also. DD loves the excersaucer, but later in the day she doesn't have the patience to pay that much attention, but she loves to jump any time of the day! She's in her jumper right now actually!

I was JUST about to post this exact same question. I registered for an exersaucer which she's just starting to use but I've been debating purchasing the jumperaroo. We have NO space so maybe I'll buy it for grandma's.
We just have a jumperoo & I can't imagine getting an exercauser.
The jumparoo has all the toys & songs & gadgets to entertain him, but he can also jump. so it's more bang for buck, IMO. especially if you have a kid that LOVES to move (like Harrison).
We have an exersaucer and a Jolly Jumper. The frame for the jolly jumper can be folded up and put under a bed so it's not out all the time cluttering up my house. I haven't tried the exersaucer yet but she loves her Jolly Jumper.
We have an exersaucer and we're getting a jumperoo. DD likes the exersaucer but she's not heavy enough or big enough yet to make it bounce so no matter how hard she tries it doesn't work!! I think she'll love the jumperoo. We're planning on getting the Fisher Price Precious Planet one.
