Im new on the excersise board, I decided its time, cant blame it on just having had a baby anymore, its been 7 months and I havent lost anything after the inital 20 lbs, so here I am. I just started on slimquick last night and was wondering in any of you have tried it? I have heard bad and good things, just wondering if any of you have had experience with it?

I like the powder packets. I lost 7lbs in 4 days without modifying my behavior at all.
The cleanse on the other hand gave me a migraine and heart palpitations. I threw that away after one day.
