  Right this very minute... I would have to say ANY real dessert - ice cream, or cookies, or rice crispy treats (damn craving!!) and I am dying for real coke! Pizza would def. be up there too....

  Definitely a cinnamon roll.  And nachos from my favorite restaurant.  I'm keeping  a list of all the things that I crave and am having DH bring me one each day I'm in the hospital

  Last night my girls on the Nest GP board were talking about a Coke Float... and I SOOOOOOO wanted one the rest of the night.
