Rolling?

Anyones 4 month old not intentionally roll yet? I get confused as to shen the normal time range is.

Nope! He has no desire to start rolling yet. I asked his pedi about it on Friday and she said to keep encouraging tummy time, but at this point I shouldn't be worried about it. He has great head/neck control, but really hates tummy time!

I don't think mine "intentionally" does it, since he always has a surprised look on his face when he does. But he only goes tummy to back and not that often, maybe once a week. He's not a big fan of tummy time.

DD rolls. She's best at the tummy to back. From time to time she can do back to tummy.

DD is turning 6 months this week and has only intentionally rolled two or three times. She did it, didn't like it, and is over it for now.

DD actually just rolled today but I hadn't been encouraging it and she doesn't like tummy time. She has great head control and is really strong so I knew it was a matter of time. MIL was helping her roll last week trying to teach her and i wasn't too happy because it will just put her on her tummy which she hates so I'm sure her rolling now came from mil.. a month ago she wasn't even close to rolling. I'm sure your LO is just fine

glad to see this post!

I was just about to post something similar. It seems like I see all these posts about LO's rolling after 2 months and DD does not seem like she will be doing it anytime soon.
