Prenatal Yoga

Hi - I haven't been very active since getting pregnant and my body is starting to show and feel it. I started doing some online research for prenatal yoga and haven't found a lot of (easy to find online) options. Does anyone have recommendations for a yoga studio in Bloomington/Edina/Richfield/Minneapolis/St. Paul that has good prenatal classes?

Yoga Center of Minneapolis. Two different styles of prenatal and an awesome postnatal baby bonding class.

A good DVD is Shiva Rea Prenatal Yoga. I loved doing it.

I go to Blooma. They are in Edina but will be opening up another center I think this month in St. Paul.
