"what is your dream job?"

This is a question on a job application I'm filling out. The position is an experienced business analyst in the corp HQ if a multi-national food manufacturer. Basically, fits my experience exactly. But what do I write on the application?

So help me out here: how would you describe your dream job on an application in 2-3 sentences?

    As an HR manager I don't like the question because you could be judged on your pie in the sky answer versus what you would actually find acceptable.

    Having said that, you could say your dream job would allow you to  contribute to the company's success, impact the bottom line, etc.  Just stay away from anything that sounds too free-wheeling or unstructured.

    And as someone applying, I don't like the question much either! I'd rather be judged on what I can contribute than how I spin my "dreams". Oh well, I hope it's not indicative of how the company works day to day.
