Olive Garden PSA for Sugar Mamas

Who would have thought...

Olive Garden posts all of their nutritional info on their website now, and while perusing the menu, I saw that their lasagna only had 39 carbs and 19 grams of fiber. I, of course, was extremely skeptical, but since that's where my family was eating last night, I thought I'd give it a try.

So, I gave myself the 20 units, and ordered the lasagna. When it came out, I took one look and said "No way". It was just so....pasta-y looking. But, for the sake of science, I dug in.

My glucose after one hour?...95!!! I couldn't believe it.

So, it worked for me. Maybe it will work for you guys too
