I don't think so. My BFP was so faint that it looked like an evap line. I think they are notorious for very faint BFP's.

I don't think so. I will say that when I used them, I saw what I thought was an evap line several times. I was completely convinced that's what it was, but it turned out to be actual lines. I say get an FRER.

I went back to bed and when I got up a couple hours later there was definitely a line. I know you're not supposed to look at them after the time frame, but I couldn't resist Embarrassed The only reason I am asking about this is because I've taken a few E-P-Ts before and never gotten that line before. So I'm wondering if it was just a late developing positive or an evap line.

I Would test again. Your chart looks great and evap lines always show up right away and they are grey/colorless, What color was the line you saw?

Yea, I'm definitely going to test again tomorrow morning. It looked pink to me! This is driving me crazy! Since I've never had an evap line before, I just don't know what to think right now. Part of me is really excited and hopeful and part of me is terribly apprehensive.

Ooooo, Gym! You're getting my hopes up girl! Smile I REALLY hope it was positive! DH is determined not to get excited (unlike me) until I get accurate results within the time frame. I'm trying so hard to get my hopes up, but it's SOOO hard to do when I've NEVER gotten an evap line.

I just wanted to say Good Luck!!! I know this is stupid, but it gives me a tiny bit of hope that you had such a long cycle and might possibly be getting a BFP!

I sure hope so! I've never seen an evap on an E-P-T brand before so I'm getting my hopes up, but at the same time I'm afraid to put too much stalk in it since the line was only really noticable a couple hours past the time frame. I think for now I'm going to chalk it up to an evap line until I can get a + within the proper time frame.

Thanks girl! I hope you get yours soon too! I will be beyond thrilled if I do this cycle. Did you see how off our timing was?? It's definitely possible this late in a cycle though, so don't count yourself out yet!

I have taken a lot of those tests to test out triggers and also just to POAS and I've never had an evap on those and I always look at them hours later. Just to see if I missed anything. Embarrassed

Definitely get a "real" test like a FRER or Answer test that is more sensitive then IC's. Good luck and KUP!!!

I also got a very faint on a cheapie test on my BFP cycle. I tested again (same urine) with a digital and and FRER and they were both positive.

I say test again. GL! and keep us posted!

Very early on, there was no line until the strip had turned white (instead of the pink dye streaking the test) and then you could see the colored BFP. Every day it appears a little faster and is a little darker, though. GL! This sounds like a BFP!

Thanks ladies! It is very exciting to know that none of you have experienced an evap with this brand! And those that thought is was an evap line actually turned out to be a BFP! SQUEEE!!! Now I'm REALLY getting my hopes up Wink

I'm definitely going to take another test in the morning, or possibly tonight if I become too impatient lol. But I'm going to REALLY try and hold off till the morning.

Eeeee!!!! You really think so MSC?!!??? Even though it was well after the time frame???? I'm praying that you're right!! I will retest in the morning and definitely let you all know for sure!

Oh yes! I have been using that thing like crazy since I Od! And surprisingly enough, when I looked up charts with timing like mine, 28% of them ended in pg Smile That percentage was MUCH lower when people only had sex the day OF O. I'll be praying that you get your BFP this cycle Harley!

Can you hold your pee for 4-5 hours before you get home tonight? If you can, go ahead and POAS again. Since you're only 10DPO, I'm not surprised it's super duper faint.

I will definitely try to hold it for as long as I can until I get home. I've got 6 or 7 tests left so I'm certaintly not worried about using up a couple. Of course if it is a BFP they'll all be gone in a week or so anyway Wink
