baby hiccups

My girls get hiccups about 3-4 times a day each.  Does this continue (at this frequency) outside the womb, too?

After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

    One of mine hiccuped a LOT in utero but not much after he was born.

    Baby B used to hiccup all the time in utero but he only occasionally hiccups now.

    Not as often, but both seemed to constantly have them when they first born. As they have gotten older it happens maybe once a week, the only thing I can figure out, is that as they get bigger and older, they are just outgrowing them.

    This is reassuring.  Thanks, ladies.  Hiccups are no fun and I would hate for them to keep having them all the time.  Glad it seems to get better once they're born.

    After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
